Opal One, Bham, DELUXE room with female flatmates available
I came across the accomodation message board and was wondering if anyone
is interested in a room at Opal One, Birmingham City Centre.
I have some information regarding the flat which has just come available
due to the current tenant having to prematurely terminate her contract:
In September 2007 Opal opened a brand new high quality student hall,
called Opal 1, Birmingham, located on the corner of Bristol Road and
Bellevue Middleway.
Opal 1 is ideally situated for Aston and Birmingham University students wanting easy
access to campus, whilst at the same time being on the doorstep of the
city centre and minutes walk from Broad Street, Birmingham's centre of
bars restaurants and night life. Well served by Public Transport, Opal 1
is also on the cycle route enabling easy access to Aston campus by
bicycle. It's easy to catch a bus to Aston University. Hop on a 61, 62 or
63 heading into the city centre along Bristol Street and hop off outside
the Argos store near Old Square in the city centre. From there you will be
on campus within less than 5 minutes.
Opal 1 offers the best quality ensuite rooms in cluster flats, as well as
deluxe rooms. All accommodation is ensuite, with direct dial phone,
internet connection and TV's in the flats.
Opal is a market leader offering membership of an on-site health and gym
club, including pool, fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
Opal 1 also has a well serviced common room with sky TV, vending and games
machines and an on-site laundry.
Opal 1 has 24 hour on-site security and has been designed with the safety

Tenancy periods are 42 weeks with a 51 week tenancy available if required.
The price for a standard room is £92 per week but falls to £85 per week if
a 51 week tenancy is taken and paid in advance. The rent is fully
