I've got a great double room in the City Centre available, one of the high quality Park Central flats, less than 15 minutes' walk from almost anywhere in town and with views to the edge of the city in two directions. It's a good size, furnished including a double bed, has got an ensuite with toilet and shower, separate from my own bathroom. There's parking space available for the new flatmate.
Bills aren't included and typically come to around £60 a month. Both bedrooms and the living room have double doors out to a spacious balcony that runs the whole length of the flat; from all these rooms the view out is great because 3/4 of each room's length has full-length windows as does the barrier of the balcony itself. There's also a good sized living room and a decent modern kitchen, an airing cupboard and a further bathroom with a bath.
And your potential flatmate (me) is a laid-back easy to live with sort of person, quite tidy and clean but unfussy.
