Pete (m), 23 is searching room in a flatshare in Bath ba1 (dont smoke)

I’m a 23 year old professional looking for a good sized room in or close to Bath City centre. I’m easy going and tidy and would like to live with two or three friendly housemates. I am looking to spend up to about £415 pcm including bills, but have some flexibility. A space for car parking is a must. I would like to move in around mid August, but could move in sooner if necessary.
