Two bright double rooms for rent in a beautiful Victorian house west of the city centre. Close to the RUH, all the amenities of Chelsea Road, and the major bus routes running into town.
Both rooms for rent have a double bed, desk, chair and chest of drawers and are freshly decorated in neutral colours.
The house; a four-bedroom,two-bathroom character property with front and enclosed back gardens, garage (for storing bikes, etc), dining room, sitting room with large Plasma TV, conservatory, reclaimed wooden floors throughout also benefits from having a free Wi-Fi connection, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, huge fridge-freezer and a post box built into the front wall! It is situated in a location where there are no parking zone restrictions, so finding a space outside the house is always pretty easy too.
I own the property and live here with my dog Carter, who is the most mild-mannered, lovely chap you could wish to meet. I have my own business, and I work from home; with the smallest of the four bedrooms being my office.
I've lived in quite a few shared-properties when I was younger, and so I know that regardless of how lovely it looks, it's the other people living there that can make the difference between it seeming like a house where you sleep and your home. So whomever is living with me will always be involved in the decision making process when it comes to new tenants ~ afterall, you have to feel happy and safe too.
I'm looking for professional, tidy housemates that like a bit of a laugh and aren't offended by my propensity for swearing a lot (think more humorous exasperation rather than Tourettes...) |
