This is a flat share for someone who wants to live in a nice flat, in nice surroundings in the best location for the City Centre, Train Station, Rugby ground. The flat is in a Georgian property which backs on to the river with a view from every room. I have only just bought it and will be moving in shortly.

I am 27, just relocating back to Bath from London with my job. I work for a Brewery so pubs and beer are an important part of my life.

The flat is a blank canvas and I will be buying the furniture this weekend. It is a nice size with really good period features (so the estate agent told me).

I am looking for an easy going flatmate, who is house trained but enjoys a laugh.
