Hi,

I’m friendly and easy going. I need one more person to fill my 3 Bedroom house in Oriel Grove, Bath. I am looking for friendly people who are up for having a laugh.

The house has a shared Lounge, Kitchen, Bathroom and second toilet. The house is clean & tidy and all the rooms are fully furnished. The house has recently been done up and is in great condition. The house contains a Washing Machine, Dryer and Microwave, Widescreen TV, high speed broadband, Freesat+ and Central Heating.

Oriel Grove is about 25mins walk from town or, alternatively, the Bus to town stops outside the house. There is space to park outside in front the house and the garden has just been landscaped.
