My friends and current flatmates are about to move out on 3 January and I want to move in into that flat in Box (SN13 8NZ) after they move out as I think this place is beautiful. I am a 31 years old professional and looking for new flatmate(s) (single or couple) to share this 3 rooms flat with me.
There is on-street and off-street parking available near the house door. The flat is close (2 min walk) to local shop and pubs. There's 2 min walk to a bus-route to Bath, Melksham, Chippenham and Corsham.
Village of Box is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The room is available immediately for viewing.
Room is partly furnished, there is new refurbished kitchen and bathroom.
Min 12 month contract with deposit 300, however shorter rent could be considered. Rent for single person is 300 plus bills, for a couple 200 each plus bills (approx 200 total flat bills).
