I'm looking for a flatmate to share my awesome brand-new flat. The spare room is a decent size (9'6" x 9' ish), and is furnished (chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinet), and includes a 4'6 (small double) bed. The room's not decorated, but you are more than welcome to put up posters, pictiures etc. As long as you don't want to repaint the room pink :-)

My room is ensuite, so the main bathroom is exclusively yours, and has a bath and shower, sink, toilet, cabinet etc and is quite big.

The flat has a really nice big lounge, with a balcony running across the length of the north wall, which also makes it really light and nice. I have a decently large TV and a home cinema system, and a decent film collection.

The kitchen is great, and there's spare cutlery, pots, pans etc etc, so all you need is food (Unless you like porridge A LOT then I can't buy your food, sorry)!

The monthly cost is all inclusive of all the bills, including 5 meg ADSL (subject to reasonable use). I'm fairly easygoing, you're welcome to have friends round etc etc. I'm not an evil land baron!

I'm looking for a professional person, that's not going to trash my brand new home (obviously), but other than that I get on with most people and look forward to meeting you!
