furnished double room 12.25" x 13.58" (all bills except phone) own gas fire, bay windows and lock on door. The flat is a converted Victorian house so has high ceilings but strangely has a very cottage feel to it. plenty of on street parking and only 5 minutes walk from Aylesbury town centre. Extra storage is also available in my garage if needed. I am a very easy going individual that keeps them self to them self, I do like my flat to be clean and tidy (I’m house proud) and generally do most of the cleaning myself (except rented room and your own washing up/clothes washing/ironing) however the odd bit of help here and there is appreciated.
