Perfect for writing-up students or anyone looking for a peaceful heaven within 30 minutes by car from Aberdeen and 45 minutes by bus(including the walk to the bus). Also great for anyone working anywhere near Peterhead or Ellon.

The room is a single although it has a bed that is transformable into a double bed and you will have your own private bathroom in the house. The room is one of two, there is also a kitchen/living room and a sun lounge. There is internet and phone already set up for ease and bills will be split equally.

I am an easy going PhD student and have been living in the cottage since January 2010. We have a beautiful view on the village and on the sea and we are close to the village shop where you can find some fresh farm products almost all year round. Also ideal for hikers since next to Forvie Sands reserve and Nortrail path.

The place is very quiet and I love it, although, the company of another easy going flatmate would be welcome.
