I have got a beautiful double rooms for rent in a house in Portwood it is a shared house with working professionals. There is a communal lounge - this can be used for relaxing, eating, watching TV or DVDs. There is sky in the lounge. There is also a sperate dining room which is funrished modernly. It has a six piece ding table which is nice to sit round on those formal occasions
There has been a brand new kitchen fitted which is very spacious- there is a cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, pot, pans. cutlery are provided. All normal kitchen amenities are in the kitchen. There is storage space for your food in the cupboards, fridge and freezer.
Bathroom - this is new also. There is a shower and separate bathtub which ever is your preference. Again there is storage space for toiletries.
The garden is big - there is a large patio and a build in barbeque. Lovely for summertime.
The bedrooms are spacious and in the room there is a double bed, double wallrobe, chest of draws. Also is you require there is a TV & DVD player to go with the room. The room has a lock on the door for privacy.
The house is central heated and double-glazed. There is parking on the road (no permit required to park). Overall the house is well maintained and have all the modern essentials.
