This is a 5-room house, currently all of them occupied, but one will be available starting with 25th of January and the other one starting with 1st of February. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, one kitchen and one shared living room. The house is spacious and the soon-to-be free rooms are both single, already furnished. The house is perfectly placed in a very quiet, friendly zone, very close to university, aproximately 25 (tops) minutes walk to Unversity of Sheffield, or 1-2 minutes to the tram station. The tram tickets are very cheap for students, like 100 per term and very convenient. Pizzas, libraries, post office, parks and everything else in a range within 2-3 minutes from the house.
We are 2 girls and one boy that will be remaining in the house. Both of the girls are studying at Unviersity of Sheffield, and the boy has just graduated with Masters from University of Sheffield, but still staying here for further study or work.
We are looking for friendly people, VERY CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL people (for we have had differences before), able to udnerstand other's needs and able to find a common ground when any situation occurs. There are no resttrictions regarding age, sexual orientation (though Gay people are more than welcome - no particular reason) or any other preferences, but being a student is a must.
Internet access will be provided, but not included in the 35 pounds/week already mentioned. Utilities are very convenient when split to the entire house, which makes it a wonderful place to live.
