Couple looking for new housemates as old one sets off to travel world. We are two young professionals working in Yorkshire who would like to share with other young professionals or postgrads. House is less than 5 min walk from Tram. We enjoy live music and going out on the weekends or watching movies either in full surround in our front room or at the cinema. I am into sport of most varieties and my girlfriend has a passing interest.

The house conisists of 3 bedrooms we occupy the middle sized one. The larger bedroom (£275 pcm) is at the top of the house and has nice views over the city, wooden floors, a desk, cupboard, chest of drawers and a large double bed. The smaller room (£200 pcm) has a large chest of drawers, and large double bed although more furniture can be arranged as required. Apart from the bedrooms there is a large dining room, attached off shot kitchen, and a sizable front room with wireless internet throughout the house.
