It is a newly furnished house converted from a clinic. the room is the largest in the house (appx 14㎡) with all the essential elements (e.g.double bed,wardrobe,desk etc). Three bathrooms, two kitchens, one lounge to share among the nine of you. Two of the housemates are postgraduates and the rest are undergrads, also only two of them are oversea students. Internet will be in place once it is agreed among all the tenants. The contract lasts at least for 10 months. 15mins walk to city centre, also near Jubilee Campus. bus stop by the doorstep. I am advertising this room as I signed a contract with landlord and agreed to stay there for 10 months, but just last week I was offered a better MSc to do in London. Therefore, I would like you to take over my previous contract, indeed you will sign a fresh new one with the landlord.
