Is a nice, clean, modern and tidy house. I’m looking for a flatmate who is organized, friendly, adult, enjoying a good movie sometimes and NO- SMOKER. I prefer a professional person or full-time student. Is in a very good residential area with easy place to park cars. The house is 4 blocks for the University of Northampton Park Campus in Kingsthorpe, close to Brixworth (Mercedes Bens) and Moulton Park. Bus stop on the same road to town each 10minuts. News agency shop about 3 minutes walking plus banks and 2 supermarkets close by. I have a Golden Retriever girl (very lovely and quite) flatmate must accept dog. Months rent advance plus months deposit. I have a double room (£400p/m) TV in the room plus wireless broadband (I don’t accept couples). All bills included (Gas/electricity/water/internet). Bigger TV in the living room with Sky, good size kitchen (big cooker), living room (fireplace), dinner room, smoggy area, bathroom (good shower and bath), garden (table + chairs and a B&Q set).
