Bondfield Avenue is a dead end road and has a short walkway with 6 houses in a cul de sac leading off of it. (we are 1 of the 6). Our garden backs on to a church, we have a family to the right (it is semi detached and that is who it connects to)
There is no traffic or anything like that in fact it is very quiet.
Its about a ten minute walk to Asda and Waitrose and Kingsthorpe highstreet. There is a little of row of local shops a couple of streets away with a co-op, fish and chip shop and local pub.
I believe that it used to be a council area but when we had our searches carried out on the house none of the houses in the avenue are council and have all been brought.
It is a ten minute drive from the town centre or buses run regularly from the bus stop about a 10 minute walk away. 10 Minutes walk away from the university with both a Primary and secondary school in walking distance.
