Hello,
I'm a trainee teacher about to start my first teaching job in september, and Joe is starting on a graduate training scheme. We are looking for our first flat together(bless) but it needs to be commuting distance to ashington and to town.
The areas we are looking for are High heaton, west jesmond, south gosforth, benton, longbenton etc.
The most we can afford is about £450 a month, but the place doesn't need to be furnished.
Looking for 1-2 bed, as I could do with a study for my work, and we both climb so need the extra space for our climbing gear.
If you have something that you think is appropriate please don't hesitate to get in touch. Rental from 1st August.
