I am looking to rent out a room at my house while i go away. I am looking for clean, tidy individuals who wont wreck the place while I am gone.
My house is fully furnished, and any reasonable requests will be accomadated.
I live in a two bedroom house in the longsight area of manchester, I have just had it renovated, it is fully double glazed, with central heating, brand new fitted kitchen with all appliances and brand new bathroom. I am looking for £400-450 p/m.
I am a professional designer and my home reflects this, with all mod cons and high spec finishes.
I am 10 minutes from oxford road (walking) and less in a car. there is also a direct bus (197) which takes you literally from outside the house to the universities. I live in a popular student, young proffessional area. close to city centre (10 minutes on the bus 192) and the markets (5 mins walk away). The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away also.
students please note that longsight is next to fallowfield & victoria park. it is very close and accessible to and from the universities with direct buses to oxford road. It is also very accessible to and from the city centre, only 10 minutes on the bus, with the 192 bus service running till the early hours, popular with city workers.
I have quiet neighbours, and i am situated off a main road which has several news agents, off licences, take aways, a laundry, hair dressers, internet cafe, post office and dry cleaners virtually 3 minutes from my front door.
there is car parking outside, and a small yard area to the rear.
