What I’m looking for
A house mate aged 25-40. Clean, tidy and easy to get along with. Reliable with a stable income, previous references favourable.
I have 3 cats, so if you hate cat this not the house for you, they not allowed upstairs but that doesn’t stop them trying, but they do keep themselves to the selves.
Why I want to rent a room!
I have just moved into my lovely recently renovated home which is immaculate and I’d really like to keep it that way. I would like somebody to share my home with. Somebody who has their own interests but also somebody who wants to relax and share a glass of wine from time to time. I have worked hard to get to where I am, never stop. I am open to someone coming in and wanting things split evenly as I won’t always be here when you are.

I’m 29 Female. I am very friendly, relaxed, chatty person. I work with children in Stockport and currently applying for uni to become a nurse. While having to work full time to. I work hard and study harder so don’t be surprised to see me under a set of books. I am sociable, easy to get along with, enjoy, and travel, music, movies, reading
I’m clean and tidy around the house when I stop. I Love to cook and share meals as I think of others. Pretty quiet during the week as I start work early and finish college late. I am not a party animal but I enjoy a night out at the weekend as much as I enjoy a night in with bad TV!
Where is it...?
Is just off Brookland road and slap bang in the middle of everything. Brookland metro station is up the road. You have Timperley village which is a 10 min walk away. You can easily get on to the motorways M60, M56 joining M6.
If you want a drink sale or Altrincham is only up the road.
The house,
Well what can I say this is a 3 bedroom mid terraces house with private parking outside, I had to start from scratch with this house and ripped everything out and start from the bricks again so it’s all new. Your room is spacious with a King size bed, side tables and mirror. It has been recently decorated cream with cream carpet with Laura Ashley wall paper. I do have a spare room that will stay empty for guests with a single bed in it. The bathroom has a separate shower cubical and a big double ended bath. Down stairs is open planed, with an undecorated down stairs toilet. You will find a few bits here and there that need finishing. But unless you were looking you would never know. I have BT vision basic package with stop and record and broadband. I am a student I don’t have to pay council tax. So you will be classed as a single person paying it.
I have just tufted the garden area so next summer it will be wine/beer and loads of BBQ, s.
All for just £370 per month including gas, water and elect bills.
