Me and my girlfriend are moving out of the UK on the 24th of October. We moved into this flat at the beginning of May, when the project was just finished.
We are looking for new tenants to move in at the beginning of next week (week of the 24th of October) or the beginning of November.
It's a fantastic apartment and we loved staying here. The flat is very light and is located on the top floor. It has a very nice balcony and in the afternoon you can enjoy the sun until it goes down.
The doors to the balcony can both open.
The building is brand new, as well as everything in the flat. The flat has:
- Double glazing (!!!)
- Central heating system (!!!)
- Nice floor.
- Washing machine.
- Big refrigerator, with freezer.
- Wardrobes, cupboards and closets.
- Couch.
- Table and chairs.
- Double bed.
And:
- Secure entrance to the building.
- Own mailbox.
- Shared garbage room.
The flat has a hall, bathroom, bedroom and big living room + kitchen.
The rent is £315 per week (rent only; excluding extra costs).

More information about the area:
The flat is located on Cannon Street Road, near to Commercial Road and Whitechapel Road.
Commercial Street and Brick Lane are a 5 minute walk away!!! and you'll get to Spitalfield Market in 10/15 minutes.
Behind Whitechapel Road (10 minute walk) there is a very big Sainsbury's.. There is also a very big Waitrose behind The Highway (also a 10 minute walk).
Also there are several small supermarkets in the street where you can do your regular buying.
The Shadwell DLR station and Aldgate East tube station are around the corner.
