i there, we have two rooms available to let from April.
The flat is newly refurbished, with brand new fitted kitchen with dining table. Separate w/c and newly tiled bathroom.

It takes about 5 mins walk to West Dulwich train station from the flat and from there you can take a 10mins train to Victoria Station. The train comes every 5-8mins at peak hour, so it's quite convenient. Or alternative, you can walk (1 min) to bus station and take Bus #3 to Central London/Oxford Circus, Bus # 322 to Brixton/Clapham.

There are a few local shops, restaurant and a Tesco nearby (about 1 min walk). Also, there are two parks nearby the area (Brcokwell park & Dulwich park).

Rent is all Inclusive. Wireless broadband included (but you need to have your own wireless adaptor). £350/month for Single room & £420 for Double room. Extra £15/week for couple sharing double room.
