** Price: £235-250 per week (willing to negotiate for right tenant and contract length). This needs to be paid into our account by bank transfer or standing order. You will need to pay your own council tax and bills, except water. Free allocated parking space.
** Minimum Stay Contract: minimum of 6 months. After that you may give us one month's notice. We are not an agency so there will not be any administration or search fees.
Deposits, References and Payslips: We require 6 weeks deposit and 1 months rent in advance. The deposit is fully refundable if the flat is returned to us in original, clean state.
