285 a month for a big-size Double room and a small single room next to each other just by the Leeds University, in a 4-bedroom house(With a Lounge, garden,and off street parking), sharing with two mature and very easy going master students.

3 mins walking distance to Leeds Uni, 15 mins to city centre, 25mins walk to train station.

Both of the rooms are on the top(2nd) floor, facing the south with lots of sunshine. Fully furnished. OFF STREET PARKING. We have internet access(both wireless and wire), TV, Two fridges and all the other mod cons.

It is just bargain and perfect for couple.

I have stayed in the house for 1.5 years.And I can tell you it is a very safe area. Due to job transfer, I have to move. So am looking for someone to take my contract which lasts to 31/08/2007, and extendable afterwards. The price is NOT including bills which is about 25 per month per person. Have to tell you that this is an old house, but very tidy, clean and well maintained. If you are interested, please contact me to arrange viewing.
