I’m currently living in a 5-bedroomed house (4 are occupied) but unfortunately, I have to return to Belgium for various reasons. I am therefore looking for someone who would be interested in taking my bedroom.

The house is well located (5 mins walking from Uni & 15-20 from town centre):

The bedroom is very nice (the best of all!), in the basement with a personal bathroom. There’s a double-bed and new furniture. My housemates are all very friendly and quiet.

Rent is 280/month (all incl).
