We currently have a house share with an available room from £250 ALL INCLUSIVE for November and December 2008! First come first serve basis... we give one month rent free for all 12 month contracts taken on viewings...

All rooms are double furnished rooms, with wireless internet included. On-street parking directly outside the house is always available as it a very quiet street. Main bus route at the end of the road. Major Motorways M1 and M6 are within easy 5 minute access through little traffic even during rush hour. Leeds and Bradford Town Centres and Universities are only 10mins by car or 20mins on the bus. Local taxis are cheap from town in the evenings.

All tenants will be chosen on merit and we ensure suitability with existing tenants. We offer a very personal service as landlords live locally and within easy reach.
