There are 4 rooms which can each take double or twin beds, but we have put a single bed in the smallest one. However, the flat can be used by fewer people and if furniture is not required, then it can be let unfurnished as well. The flat is now set up as a home from home, with all utensils, bedding etc for up to 8 people.

There are 3 reception rooms, including a dining room, sitting room, and a lovely large kitchen with window seat. All rooms have nice views. There is parking outside on the street.

The flat is set in a quiet area of Murrayfield, with a prestigious address. It is located just by St George's School for Girls and a short walk to Mary Erskine and Stewart Melville Schools. The city centre is a mile from the flat and can be accessed by any of the buses which pass by at the bus stop about 2 minutes walk from the flat. Also two minutes walk are local amenities.
