We have two large rooms available in a big and nice house which used to be a B&B, one double, ideal for a couple, and one triple (2 double beds and 1 single) ideal for sharing with friends.
The house is located just beside Lothian road, 5 minutes walk from Grassmarket, 10 minutes from Princess street.
The rooms are fully furnished with their own bathroom.
We are actually 10 people living there (it is a 9 bedroom house), most of us are students, and if you're looking for a nice atmosphere, with people from all around the world, that's for you.
The rent is £500 per month for the whole double room, and £650 for the triple (which you can share with one or two people). All bill includes, we also have a fully furnished kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a broadband internet connexion, and everything you can need.
