I have a lovely two double bedroom flat in the very centre of Bristol available to rent.

The flat is on the 4th floor of a gorgeous georgian property near the Colston Hall and the Hippodrome that was renovated a couple of years ago so the interior is bright and modern.

There are 2 double bedrooms (one larger than the other), a good size bathroom with a bath/shower and underfloor heating, and an open plan kitchen/lounge.

There isn't a designated parking space but you can purchase a parking permit from the council for around £50 per year.

I own the property along with my brother (we both currently live there), but we are both moving to different cities for work so would like to rent out the flat to professional people or mature students. The flat can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need - we are happy to leave most of the furniture there. I can arrange for you to view the flat anytime from now so please email if you're interested.

No pets / smokers please. Rent is £800 per month, 1 month deposit required.
