I am 33 years of age and am looking for a spacious 2 bedroom flat/house in Boston Lincolnshire. I have recently relocated to Boston some 3 months ago and as of yet am not employed although have savings which can cover deposits and a couple of months rent. The second person (hence the reason for seeking a 2 bedroom place) is in full time employment. Ideally I would be looking for a landlord that is seeking decent tennants that do not miss payments and is open to the fact that one person is employed whilst the other is still looking for work.
