Hi, there are two spacious double rooms available with storage and wardrobe, desk and drawers in a warm, friendly and clean house share a big fully furnished kitchen and bathroom. Parking is off road, no smoking and pets. Very close to city centre.

The house is in a quiet area, off Quinton road, one min to bus stop No.29, straight forward to University station (Birmingham University) and QE hospital within 15 min walking distance, less than 5 min by car.

8 min straight walk to Harborne Park Road, many buses available include no. 20, 21, 21a, 11c, 76 & 84, has lots of pubs and restaurants, gym, parks, local shops near by, Sainsbury and Auldi supermarket are about 15 min away.

We are looking for two independent professionals or students age between 20 to 40 who likes clean, peace and quiet to share with two friendly Chinese mandarin tutors (speak fluent English who love cooking, travelling, going out, and dancing). You can also have one or two free mandarin lessons each week (worth £30 / per lesson).
