We are Looking for 3 housemates, (boys, girls, groups or couples) to fill a spacious 5 bed student house situated in Mayfield Road, which is just off Moorland Road. The house is within a 10 minute walk to 3 of the university bus stops, so you can take your pick, and the No.10 bus, which takes you into town, stops litterally 20 metres from the front door.
You would be living with two friendly, female, third year students from Bath Spa University.

House includes:

5 furnished Single Double Glazed Rooms, 2 on ground floor with wooden floors,2 bedrooms on the first floor, along with 2 bathrooms, the fith bedroom is situated in the loft with 5 skylights!!!!Lush!

Half rent is payable for July and August to secure the property, with the move in date in September.
