Bedroom two is a smaller room however is still a double room which currently holds a 6' bed (queensize??) so as a result has a very cosy cottage feel. Fitted wardrobe storage is to the landing for this room.
Kitchen is large. Bathroom is clean an bright. There is a large garden & seperat court-yard to the rear (garden currently being renovated). Small paved garder to the front with sufficient on-street parking for two cars.
Broadband is available via 'O2 mobile broadband dongle' However there is a phoneline which not currently connected but connection can be arranged. Costs for this however will be the resposibility of the tennant(s).
Gas, Electric & water are included in rent. Council Tax would be payable directly to Barnsley Council by the tennat(s).
In general a very beautiful home in a lovely location close the Elsecar Heritage Center, Elsecar Park & Wentworth Village.
Excellent location for commuting to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley & Doncaster. Each is approx 20 mins drive.
Good public transport links to Barnsley, Rotherham & Chapeltown (bus stop at the end of the road). Train stations at Hoyland (next village), Wombwell (5 mins drive) and Chapel Town.
