Hi, i'm a medical student finishing my 2nd yr of studying and myself and 3 other female medics are looking for a 4 bed house or flat to stay in next year. We are all responsible, tidy and hard working and finding it hard to find anything that suits at the moment because of the restraints of HMO licences! Ideally we would like something within walking distance of foresterhill to start renting from the beginning of August-ish for about £1200.
