Iam an engineer working for a oil&gas company based in Dyce area. The house is in quiete Hilton area of Aberdeen...about 1.5miles from the aberdeen uni...and only 2 minutes walk to two main bus routes (23&5) and its about 10mins bus ride to the city centre...Sainsburys and Tescos. It is also within easy reach of Aberdeen airport and the hospital. Theres plenty of on street parking spaces. The flat is fully furnished including all kitchen utensils..cutlery/crockery..washer/drier..microwave.etc. All bed rooms are fully furnished including double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, study table and chair. I have lived here for the last 2 years and find it a safe and convenient place. ***the rent inlcudes all bills including gas,electricity,council tax,unlimited broadband internet and tv license.
